Dr Endekov has significant experience in government and the education system, with a focus and interest for developing an evidence base to inform decision-making and policy and program development. Previously, he has worked for the Victorian Department of Education and Training in policy, research and evaluation advisory roles. Dr Endekov has developed in-depth knowledge of schools and system performance, influences on student achievement and outcomes, quality of education programs, and equity and funding. He holds a PhD in organisational behaviour.
