Ms Noble has a keen interest in tackling complex policy challenges in pursuit of social and environmental justice. Prior to joining the Mitchell Institute, she worked on policy and strategy as Policy and Parliamentary Advisor. She has also advised on governance and human rights at the BBC’s international development arm in London. She holds a Master’s in International Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in journalism.
