Hannah Matus has significant public policy and project management experience in the areas of early childhood, schooling and child health and wellbeing. Hannah joins the Mitchell Institute from the Victorian Department of Education and Training, where she worked for seven years, and has an academic background in the social sciences and psychology. In particular, she has considerable experience working on Victorian government-wide policy projects and initiatives designed to improve educational outcomes for vulnerable children and young people, and has provided policy support to a leading independent expert advisory council to the Victorian Government.
