Andrea Pearman is a senior corporate responsibility and marketing executive with a diverse background and extensive experience in strategy development, marketing planning and execution and community development in complex, large scale organisations. For the past four years, Andrea has held the position of General Manager, Community Relations at Australia Post. She is responsible for the organisation’s corporate responsibility, community and commercial sponsorship and event programs, along with management of the Australian Community as a stakeholder of Australia Post.

Some of the highlights of her time at Australia Post are the development and implementation of a community engagement program to support the business reform of Australia Post and the development and implementation of a new community strategy which included the establishment of an Australia Post Charitable Trust and new partnerships.

Prior to Australia Post, Andrea held the position of General Manager, Community Partners & Sponsorship at National Australia Bank where she was responsible for the management of the bank’s community investments, commercial sponsorship portfolio and large scale event and hospitality activities. Some of the highlights of her time at NAB have been the delivery of the 2008 National Australia Bank’s 150th Anniversary Program, launch and successful delivery of the Schools First Program and the set-up of a center of excellence for community, sponsorship and event practice across the company.
